I made a reservation for the hotel. What am I supposed to do now?

  • You will shortly receive an email fromconfirmation with all the reservation data.

       Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel.(Offline payment)

What does the accommodation include?

​

  • Accommodation includes access to the cenote from 8am to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm, life jacket and American breakfast.

Do you have a transportation service?

​

  • At the moment we do not have a transportation service.

​

What is the time to access the cenote if I do NOT have accommodation?

​

  • The hours for the general public are from 9am to 5pm every day of the week.
